Viva La Vida: Amsterdam & Rome

I’m excited to see what happens at the end of this trip! Our guest blogger Ivory, a 3rd year, Computational Media major from Georgia Tech, recalls the end of her 10 day trip throughout Europe. Lets see what adventures transpired before she returned to Barcelona! – Jessica Ebony ————————————————————————————————- Next Stop: Amsterdam, The Netherlands As soon as we landed in Amsterdam, it was apparent that there was a new vibe to our vacation. A City of Vices… After walking through the city you can tell there’s such juxtaposition. You’ll see a couple of kids playing outside and then turn the corner to see a couple of teenagers sitting on a bench listening to Wiz Khalifa…. The locals seemed to stroll through the Red Light District like nothing out of the ordinary was happening while tourists tried not to make eye contact with the workers illuminated by the crimson lights. Viva La Vida: Zurich & London

We’re continuing our journey along with our guest blogger Ivory, a 3rd year, Computational Media major from Georgia Tech, as she takes a 10 day trip throughout Europe. Viva La Vida: Ivory Explores Barcelona

We’re pleased to present our first post from our guest blogger: Ivory! Ivory is a rising 3rd year Computational Media major at Georgia Tech (Go Jackets!). In her series: Viva La Vida, Ivory will share her experience as she studies abroad in Barcelona this summer! – Jessica Ebony ———– After a 9+ hour nonstop flight from Atlanta, I finally landed in Barcelona. I hardly knew any Spanish but I was ready to “Viva la vida”! The first day was mostly spent getting adjusted. If you’ve never stayed up for a continuous 24 hours, you should try it and see what happens.
