More and more Americans are looking to attain higher levels of education and more and more of us are borrowing to do so. Just in 2010, students took out a record $100 billion plus in loans. This is a very serious problem for the future generations of America, because now not only are we faced with a stiff job market and volatile economy, we are also saddled with debt which is keeping us young adults from making the next moves in life. Most of us are faced with insane monthly loan payments which are halting our progress into adulthood.
