The LI$T Buys 160 Books in First Holiday Book Drive

Thank You! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! As you all know, Jessica Ebony and I have been hosting a book drive for the Atlanta Children’s Shelter for the past month. Initially our goal was to get $1 from our readers and supporters to meet our goal of $50. Well, not only did we achieve our goal, but we achieved it 8 times over! Because of YOU, we were able to collect $403 in donations! We definitely could not have done this without your support. This being the first of many philanthropic events for us, we are glad it was a major success. Jessica Ebony and I went out last weekend and purchased books for the children. As you can see from our pictures we had a great time and it was a wonderful feeling buying books for the children of the Atlanta Children’s Shelter. CKB dropped off 160 books to the …
